1. If after receiving the goods the Buyer finds technical defects or damages, they should report this fact immediately to the Store. In the event of a complaint, it will be necessary to fill out a form - complaint notification, the form of which, after prior information from the Customer, will be sent to them by e-mail.
  2. The Seller will respond to the Customer's complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. Failure of the Seller to respond within the above deadline means that the Seller has considered the complaint justified.
  3. The goods are returned at the Buyer's expense to the headquarters of ESIM, ul. Cicha 6, 30-129 Kraków, Poland.
  4. In the event of a justified complaint, the gross amount for the complained goods will be returned to the Buyer within a non-extendable period of 14 working days in cash or to the bank account indicated by the Buyer.
  5. The Store does not accept any parcels sent cash on delivery or at the Store's expense.
