  • Registration or placing an order in the online store www.e-simmering.pl requires the Customer to express consent to the processing of their Personal Data to the extent and for the purpose necessary to use the services provided by the Seller (owner of the store) within the Store, including the transfer of Personal Data to third parties with the help of which the Owner of the store provides services within the Store and the transfer of this data is necessary for the proper implementation of the service. Consent is expressed by clicking the checkbox available on the shop's website. 
  • The administrator of the personal data of Customers collected via the Online Store is the Store Owner: ESIM entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the minister responsible for economic affairs, with: business address and correspondence address: ul.   • The categories of Personal Data that will be processed by the Store Owner are: (a) name, (b) surname, (c) postal address, (d) e-mail address, (e) telephone number, (f) data regarding the Internet and/or network connection (including IP address), (g) purchase history, (h) preferences and choices, e.g. subscriptions, (i) Payment information, including name and surname and e-mail address, payment method, payment platform, type of transaction. This data is used only and exclusively for the purpose of correct order handling, i.e. generating a sales document and a label for sending the parcel or contacting the customer in the event of providing incorrect or incomplete data.
  • Customers' personal data collected by the administrator via the Online Store are collected - in accordance with the Customer's will - in order to execute the Sales Agreement.
  • Customers' Personal Data may be entrusted for processing to: suppliers responsible for the operation of IT systems used to execute orders, entities such as banks and payment operators, entities providing accounting, legal, tax services and couriers (in connection with the execution of the order). In the event of a justified need, we may transfer personal data to the competent administrative bodies, institutions and other authorized entities in the country and abroad if required by applicable law, as well as at their request within the framework of procedures provided for by law. We may also process personal data if it is necessary to establish and protect our rights or pursue claims.
  • Customers have the following rights related to the processing of personal data: the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data, the right to access personal data, the right to request the rectification of personal data, the right to request the deletion of personal data, the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of data due to a special situation - in cases where we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest, the right to transfer personal data. Customers also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data.
  • In order to withdraw consent to the processing of Personal Data or to exercise other rights referred to above, please send a message to sklep@e-simmering.pl with an appropriate request. The consequence of withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data will be the inability to provide the service within the Store and to fulfill orders.
  • The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if the processing of the User's Personal Data violates the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
