The customer may resign from the goods purchased in the Shop www.e-simmering.pl without stating a reason within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the sales contract.
Sending the declaration before this deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.
The declaration of withdrawal may be submitted electronically to sklep@e-simmering.pl or in writing to the address of ESIM, ul. Cicha 6, 30-129 Kraków, Poland.
The goods must be returned in the original intact packaging, in undamaged condition, no signs of assembly.
Goods must be sent back immediately, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract to the address: ESIM, Cicha 6, 30-129 Kraków, Poland. A proof of purchase must be enclosed with the returned goods.
The cost of shipment shall be covered by the customer. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the goods and verification of their condition, the shop will refund an amount equal to the value of the goods. The return is made in the same way the customer paid for the order.
